Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I ordered a custom embroidered sweatshirt for my sister's birthday. The embroidery itself was really well done, very clean and exactly as I pictured from the mockup. The fabric of the sweatshirt was also soft and seemed good quality. My only complaint was the shipping; it took about 12 days to arrive after I placed the order, which was cutting it a bit close for the birthday. I understand custom items take time, but a clearer estimate upfront might be helpful. Overall, happy with the product, just plan ahead for delivery.
